Every Sunday 8-9:15am- Yin Flow with Maryann

This unique class draws its influence from yin, vini, and gentle vinyasa styles and will take you through slower flowing movements along with longer held postures designed to stretch the body and connective tissues while increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

Every Sunday 9:30-10:45am- Vibrant Vinyasa with Katie/ Liz

This vinyasa based class is moderately flowed to help you build strength, stamina, flexibility and balance with a special focus on finding the right alignment in each posture.


Every Monday 9am-10:15am Yin Flow with Julie

Every Monday 6:30-8pm- Restorative Yoga with Reiki led by Christina

The yin side of yoga. Grounding, static poses with the aid of props set the tone for deep relaxation and meditation with a relaxing atmosphere and healing reiki properties.


Every Tuesday 9:45-10:45am- Gentle Yoga with Malia

A gentle class with a restorative tone that introduces a series of foundational yoga poses with an emphasis on proper alignment of the body for safe movement. This class is ideal for beginners looking to learn the basics or populations with chronic issues that require slower, gentler movement. Grounding, static poses with the aid of props are also utilized to set the tone for deep relaxation and meditation with a special emphasis on releasing pent up tension and stress.

Every Tuesday 11am-11:45am- Chair Yoga with Malia

Chair Yoga is offered at a special $10 drop in rate.

This class allows the student to release stress, increase mobility, build strength and accomplish balance through gentle stretching, breathing techniques and by incorporating the use of  a chair for extra support and stability in each yoga posture.  It is self-paced and is appropriate for beginners as well as regular students of all ages. Other benefits include lowered blood pressure, cholesterol and triglycerides, boosted immune system, and the balancing of  hormones. Leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!


Every Wednesday 9am-10:15am- Vibrant Vinyasa with Brittany

By linking mindful movement and breath, this creative class will have you flowing through postures designed to help you builds strength, stamina, flexibility and balance all while maintaining a quiet and calm state of mind.

Every Wednesday 6pm-7pm- Gentle Flow with Jill

A slow flow vinyasa that introduces a series of foundational yoga poses with an emphasis on proper alignment of the body for safe movement. This class is ideal for beginners looking to learn the basics or populations with chronic issues that require slower, gentler movement.


Every Thursday 9-10:15am- Refine & Flow with Crystal

By linking mindful movement and breath, this creative class will have you flowing through postures designed to help you builds strength, stamina, flexibility and balance all while maintaining a quiet and calm state of mind.

Every Thursday 11am-12:30pm- YIN Yoga with Maryann

 A slower paced class with longer held postures designed to stretch the body and connective tissues while increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Props are used to assist in postures.


Every Friday 9- 10:15am- Refine & Flow with Maryann
