elena-browerThis summer, Elena Brower will visit the Radiant Heart Yoga School for an immersion into core of Elena’s practice and learn why she practices and teaches the “Art of Attention”. Elena is a mama, teacher, speaker, author. Elena has been teaching yoga and meditation since 1999. After graduating from Cornell University in 1992 with a design degree, she worked as a textile and apparel designer for 6 years, and has been studying with master yoga teachers since 1997. Elena offers yoga and meditation as a way to approach our world with realistic reverence and gratitude. Her classes are a masterful, candid blend of artful alignment and attention cues for your body, mind and heart.

From the Museum of Modern Art to the Great Lawn at Central Park, from the Old Port of Montreal to the Eiffel Tower, Elena is honored to offer larger-scale experiences of yoga and meditation, but her true service is in shifting awareness within the smallest interactions; one family, one household at a time. Elena’s two audio meditation courses, 4-week Art of Attention and 7-day Cultivating Spiritual Intelligence, are beloved globally for creating consistent, accessible practice.

The Art of Attention is ranked number one for book design in the States, Germany and France, and has now been translated into five languages. The accompanying Art of Attention Yoga Healing Cards, now in their second printing, are being used in more than fifty countries for divination and daily inspiration. VICTOR VARANA, World Renowned Yoga Teacher, founder of YogaMultimedia and creator of Kalam-Balam, the alchemy of yoga.

victor-varanaJoining us all the way from beautiful Tulum Mexico, Victor Varana is a Yoga + Meditation + Martial Arts + Graphic & Music Arts Alchemist.

His yoga practice has strong roots in Hatha, Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga, spiced with a blend of Taoist Martial Arts and Sound Healing techniques. He likes to bring all of that into his formulas.

Victor is an international yoga and meditation instructor. He has immersed, into a variety of traditional and contemporary yoga schools (Iyengar, Ashtanga, Kundalini, Yantra, Jivamukti, Power, Viniyoga and Tai Yoga massage) and has studied and practiced diverse Martial Arts (Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, Qi Gong &Tai Chi) since early childhood.

Victor has over 10 years of full time teaching experience and thousands of multilevel teaching hours in Tulum, Mexico, one of the world’s most important yoga retreat capitals in the World. He has lead retreats and workshops internationally, teaching to all kinds of people with a diversity of ages, practice levels and physical condition.

As an artist, he has always being involved in sound, music, visual arts creation & cultural events production. STACY ANUTTA NEWFELD- Yoga Teacher, Ayurveda Practitioner

stacyStacy has been practicing, teaching and living yoga for over 25 years. Teaching since 1992 she has had the honor of learning from many of the best in the movement and healing arts and has an expertise in Ayurveda. Sometimes referred to the “science behind yoga”, Ayurveda provides methods for balancing well-being and increasing vitality. We welcome Stacey and her amazing expertise as we unpack all that is Ayurveda: The five elements, three principals of the universe and the pillars of life. Through Stacy’s guidance, we will discover our doshas (constitution) both prakriti and vikriti and the tools we need to stay balanced as nature intended. We will also learn the art of balancing the three doshas through our asana practice.
